Rohaniah Noor is a qualified IT Officer but she is actually an avid real estate blogger, property investor, property manager and a lawyer-to-be. Rohaniah started her property investment in 2006, and since then she never looked back; she continually enjoys buying hot properties both from developers and the sub sale market. Studying law gives her the advantage of being knowledgeable about the legal standing of whatever she is doing. Her blog and her frank words have inspired a lot of people to start buying their first property. She believes in sharing good things with others, and the
universe then will return the favour.
Nicole Ong is a qualified pharmacist, a blogger and a property investor.Nicole began her first property investment armed with little money and a strong family belief that owning your property is better than renting. Years later, she attended the property training course by Renesial Leong, the acclaimed Malaysian property guru. Through her passion from blogging and property investments, she met a group of like-minded friends and investors. Nicole’s philosophy is to attain financial freedom so that she can do the things she is passionate about such as blogging, working on a job that she loves, spending time with family and decorating her residential properties. She also believes in helping others to attain the same freedom, so that others
